OUR MISSION

We are a group of professional and dedicated women on a mission to
help teens with mental wellness issues. This will be accomplished by
building coping and life skills along with boosting their mental resilience.
The retreats we offer are a comfortable and safe place for teens to
connect with others facing similar challenges. The connections will bring
about strength and empowerment.

Our retreats are held at various venues. Teens will participate in a combi-
nation of the following activities while attending the retreat: introduction
activities, mindfulness, journaling, art healing, yoga, meditation, a bag of
resources for mental wellness to relieve stress and anxiety, teen talk as
well as a meal or snacks
.

WHAT WE DO

We hold quarterly retreats for teens in the Dane County area. A typical retreat consists of a day filled with engaging events that enhance teens mental wellness.  The day includes professional speakers, teen talk time, which is lead our teen leaders, art healing activities, team bonding, yoga, meditation, journaling, a swag bag and a delicious healthy meal.
